We are looking for you as soon as possible at the Helios Weißeritztal Klinikum as an OR Manager (m/f/d) for the Dresden Cluster with the locations Freital and Pirna

• Overall responsibility for operational management, organization and strategic development of the operating theatres at both locations
• Ensuring efficient OR processes including capacity planning, process optimization, utilization management as well as analysis and reporting of OR-relevant key figures with development of improvement measures
• Coordination and further development of surgical management with the involvement of all relevant specialist departments in close cooperation with nursing service management, medical management, anaesthesia and other medical departments
• Implementation and monitoring of quality and hygiene standards
• Support in personnel planning and promotion of a constructive, team-oriented working atmosphere
• Collaboration in clinical projects for continuous process improvement

• Completed vocational training as a nurse (m/f/d) with specialist training in surgery or training as an anesthesiologist (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you already have an existing qualification in the field of OR coordination or OR management and are proficient in resuscitation measures
• You have empathetic skills, the ability to work in a team and a high level of commitment
• You are characterized by a reliable and independent way of working
• Willingness to travel in the Dresden cluster with the Pirna and Freital locations as well as the willingness to participate in night, Sunday and holiday services
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
