At the Wipperfürth location, we are looking for a part-time Infopoint / Reception Employee (m/f/d) (50 %) as soon as possible.

• First point of contact for patients, visitors and staff
• Operation of the switchboard and general provision of information
• Cash management using SAP
• Mail processing and parcel processing (internal/external)
• Archiving of patient files using AVP
• Distribution of patient meal trolleys to the wards in the evening
• Diverse reception activities

• Ideally, experience in the area of reception/central reception/secretarial work as well as knowledge of SAP and the common applications of the MS Office package
• Friendly, service-oriented appearance and a pleasant appearance
• Commitment and reliability
• Organizational skills, flexibility and team spirit
• Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
