Receptionist / Administrative Patient Admission (m/f/d)

To support our team, we are looking for a part-time employee (m/f/d) for reception and patient admission at the Helios Klinikum Pirna site at the earliest possible date.

• Check-in and check-out of patients incl. administrative patient admission
• Operation of the telephone switchboard and general provision of information
• Cash register management
• Monitoring of the alarm systems
• Diverse reception activities

• Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as a medical assistant (m/f/d), hotel specialist (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d) or comparable training
• Ideally experience in the area of reception/ central reception/ secretariat as well as knowledge of SAP/ImedOne and the common applications of the MS Office package, especially Word and Excel
• Friendly, service-oriented demeanor and a pleasant appearance
• Commitment and reliability
• Organizational skills, flexibility and team spirit
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and at weekends
