As soon as possible, we are looking for a Respiratory Therapist (m/f/d) for the Helios Clinic Duisburg – Hamborn location.

What to expect

Independent execution of diagnostic measures such as blood gas analysis, spirometry at the bedside, polygraphy, etc.
Adequate handling of thoracic drains
Implementation of patient consultations and training
Independent implementation of airway management
Initiation of non-invasive ventilation including mask selection for acute and chronic respiratory failure
Adjustment and monitoring of invasive ventilation as well as implementation and monitoring of weaning
Case and transition management of patients with chronic respiratory failure to outpatient care

What you bring to the table

Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d)
Degree as a respiratory therapist (m/f/d) according to the curriculum of the German Society of Pneumology desirable
High level of professional and social competence as well as independence
Sense of responsibility, commitment, resilience and team spirit
We attach great importance to communication skills and the willingness to work together in an interdisciplinary manner
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
