As soon as possible, we are looking for you as a Respiratory Therapist (m/f/d) for our Helios Clinic at the Siegburg location

• Independent execution of diagnostic measures such as blood gas analysis, spirometry at the bedside, polygraphy, etc.
• Adequate handling of thoracic drains
• Implementation of patient consultations and training
• Independent implementation of airway management
• Initiation of non-invasive ventilation including mask selection for acute and chronic respiratory failure
• Setting and monitoring invasive ventilation
• Implementation and monitoring of weaning
• Implementation of respiratory physiological rehabilitative measures
• Case and transition management of patients with chronic respiratory failure to outpatient care

• Completed training in health and nursing
• Degree as a respiratory therapist (m/f/d) according to the curriculum of the German Society of Pneumology desirable
• High level of professional and social competence as well as independence
• Sense of responsibility, commitment, resilience and team spirit
• We attach great importance to communication skills and the willingness to work together in an interdisciplinary manner
