As of 01.06.2026 we are looking for you for the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Kliniken as Head (m/f/d) for our training center.

• Responsibility for theoretical and practical training in healthcare and nursing as well as pediatric nursing, OTA - ATA training and student midwives/obstetric nurses (m/f/d)
• Personnel management of the teaching staff and trainees, further training planning for the educational institute
• Further development of the school for healthcare professions in accordance with the curriculum, contract negotiations with cooperation partners
• Organization and supervision of practical training in coordination with those responsible for practical training
• Preparation and implementation of examinations
• Compliance with quality management guidelines and introduction of quality assurance measures

• Completed university education, preferably in nursing education or several years of professional experience in the management of a nursing school based on further training as a teacher (m/f) for nursing professions
• Experience in personnel management
• Teaching experience in training for nursing professions
• Project experience
• Legally required immunization against measles
