We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) on an hourly basis for registration at our location in the Helios ENDO Clinic as soon as possible

• The work assignment takes place primarily during office hours on Fridays
• Reception and admission of patients
• Creation of patient files
• Appointment coordination
• Processing of inquiries received by telephone and in writing from patients
• Assisting the team with administrative tasks

• Willingness to take responsibility, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team and reliability as well as accuracy
• High level of empathy in dealing with our patients
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
