What to expect

Organization and operational support of the outpatient and inpatient areas
Coordination as an interface between department, house and external partners and caregivers
Deputy Secretary of the Institute of Radiology
Independent scheduling and coordination
Participation in training events

What you bring to the table

Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
Interest in the number-based area of responsibility while implementing an independent, structured and conscientious way of working
Sound knowledge of MS Office and, ideally, previous experience with SAP; in addition, extensive familiarity with medical nomenclature, excellent spelling skills and secure PC application skills
High level of commitment, ability to work in a team and flexibility as well as pronounced reliability, strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility, especially when admitting patients
Enjoyment of patient-oriented work with open-minded and friendly manners
Proof of legally required immunization against measles
