What to expect

Contribution of innovative ideas for the further development of the private and elective service ward
A closely accompanying entry as well as a structured induction into a management position
You will take over the absence replacement of the ward manager (m/f/d)
Duty roster design, including monitoring of duty hours and vacation planning in cooperation with the ward and department management
Cross-professional communication and collaboration
Expert basic and treatment care as well as documentation, information and communication as part of comprehensive patient care

What you bring to the table

A completed training as a nurse (m/f/d)
Several years of professional experience as a nurse (m/f/d)
You act as a role model for your colleagues
You are characterized by a solution-oriented management style as well as organizational and planning skills
