• Promotion of practical training and assurance of the quality of training
• Professional and pedagogical support for trainees

• A completed vocational training in the field of nursing
• A completed additional qualification in vocational education

• A strong organizational talent, ability to work in a team and empathy as well as the willingness to undergo continuous and comprehensive training
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
