Patient Manager (m/f/d) in the Admission Centre

For the Helios Klinikum Emil von Behring in Berlin, we are looking for a full-time employee (38.5 hours/week) as a patient manager (m/f/d) in the admission center as soon as possible.

• You will be part of our innovative and solution-oriented team at the reception centre
• You will control and coordinate the process for our patients in the preparation process for their outpatient or inpatient stay in our hospital
• You will receive our patients and take over their administrative and organizational admission
• In the diagnostic area, you will be independently responsible for taking blood samples and writing ECGs
• We promote your professional and personal development

• A completed vocational training as a medical assistant or nurse (m/f/d)
• You communicate clearly, friendly and service-oriented
• You enjoy interface management with the various departments of our clinic and have strong organizational talent
• You like to work independently, in a structured and prudent manner
• You have an experienced handling of digital documentation systems
• Proof of legally required measles immunization

• Regular working hours from Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
