As soon as possible, we are looking for you as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) for our Surgical Admission Center (OP-A).

What to expect

In the Surgical Admission Center (OP-A) of the Helios Clinics Schwerin, you will be a central interface in the preoperative patient admission and make an important contribution to the smooth running of our surgical care
Organization and implementation of preoperative patient admission as well as participation in discharge management
Surgical preparation and postoperative aftercare as well as the preparation, control and follow-up of surgery-relevant documents
Care and coordination of outpatients
Appointment coordination and structured process organization in the pre- and postoperative area
Communication and coordination with patients, medical services, nursing, operating and functional areas

What you bring to the table

A completed training as a medical assistant (MFA) (m/f/d) as well as a high sense of responsibility and empathy in dealing with patients and their relatives
Willingness to work together in an interdisciplinary manner
Confident handling of IT systems
Organizational skills, reliability and ability to work in a team
Resilience, structured way of working and enthusiasm for the further development of patient care
Legally required proof of immunization against measles

Working hours in shifts from Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 20:00
