Psychologist (m/f/d) in the Department of Pain Medicine

For our Pain Medicine department, we are looking for a committed and competent psychologist (m/f/d) as soon as possible

• Conducting individual and group discussions for psychological support of pain patients
• Implementation of motivational training to promote the active participation of patients in pain management
• Teaching pain management strategies, including cognitive and behavioral therapy approaches
• Supporting patients in understanding the biological, psychological and social aspects of pain
• Cooperation in an interdisciplinary team, consisting of doctors, physiotherapists and nurses, for holistic care of patients
• Creation of individual therapy plans and regular documentation of the course of therapy

• Degree in Psychology (Diploma/Master/Bachelor)
• Professional experience in the field of pain medicine or in the treatment of chronic pain patients desirable
• Knowledge of the basics of pain and psychological pain management
• Experience in the implementation of individual and group therapies as well as motivational training
• Team-oriented way of working and high social skills
• Empathy, strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility
