We are looking for a Group Leader MT-R (m/f/d) for our clinic in Berlin-Buch from 01.09.2026.

• Deputy Head: Taking over the replacement of the leading MT-R in case of absence
• Team and deployment planning: Participation in duty and vacation planning for approx. 20 employees
• Process coordination: Organization and optimization of daily workflows
• Personnel development: Induction of new employees and, if necessary, practical guidance of trainees
• Quality & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (StrlSchG, StrlSchV) and cooperation in quality management
• Billing & performance management: Service recording as well as KV, quarterly and private billing

• Professional expertise: State-recognized training as MT-R (m/f/d) with several years of experience in radiation therapy
• Technical know-how: Sound knowledge of CT, IGRT / IMRT / VMAT as well as current radiation protection expertise
• Organization & Responsibility: Structured way of working with a high sense of responsibility
• Team & Patients: Team-oriented work with a focus on excellent patient care
• Leadership potential: Ideally, initial management experience and practical instructor qualification
