To strengthen our team in the central Corporate Governance function of Helios Kliniken GmbH in Berlin, we are looking for you as soon as possible as

Risk Manager (m/f/d)

full-time with the possibility to work remotely as part of our FlexWork option

• You will report to the Senior Manager Risk Management (RMS) as well as to the Head of the Corporate Governance function and provide technical support in the establishment, further development and review of the RMS at Helios
• You will further design and develop processes for recording, evaluating and reporting risks and opportunities and advise and support those responsible in implementing them in their area of responsibility as well as specific risk management issues
• You will manage the quarterly and semi-annual reporting processes of risks with the responsible specialist functions and management levels, carry out quality assurance of the reported risks and analyse the reported risks as a basis for risk reporting
• You will develop and implement measures to monitor the implementation of risk management measures - taking into account the results of previous risk reports, audits and the findings from the RMS review to ensure continuous improvement of risk recording, assessment and management
• You will continuously drive the methodological development of risk management measures, including initiatives of the group function as well as maturity levels and findings from monitoring measures

• You have successfully completed a university degree in economics, finance or a comparable field - preferably with a focus on risk management - and already have at least two years of experience in the field of risk management - preferably in companies in the healthcare sector, industry or an auditing or consulting firm
• You have a strong understanding of risk management and governance as well as the development of risk-based processes and measures and have experience in the preparation of management information and reports
• You work independently and enjoy structuring your tasks yourself, manage your own deadlines and solve challenges on your own initiative
• You feel comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities, can adapt quickly to new circumstances and keep an eye on the details even under pressure
• You find it easy to work with people at different hierarchical levels and you want to implement topics on site in the clinics in Germany and travel for them
• You have a very good knowledge of German and are confident in dealing with the English language, both written and spoken
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
