Teacher Vocational Training OTA (m/f/d)

At the Salzgitter site, we are looking for a full-time teacher for the OTA vocational training course (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Assignment is primarily in the area of the establishing training course "Surgical Technical Assistant"
• Independent design for the transfer of knowledge and skills within the framework of theoretical and practical training
• Accompaniment and support of the trainees in coping with the tasks in theory and practice
• Accompaniment of trainees during practical assignments and acceptance of examinations
• Development of the school's internal curriculum as well as the pedagogical-technical concept in cooperation with the school management

• Completed or advanced pedagogical studies (medical education, vocational education or comparable) at Bachelor's level
• Proof of professional qualification in the field of surgical technology
• Initial experience in teaching and enjoyment of dealing with our trainees desirable
• Experiences in the field of digital learning
• Personal commitment and a high degree of teamwork
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
