As Regional Marketing Manager Whole Blood (m/f/d), you will shape the market development strategy for our Transfusion Medicine and Cell Therapies (TCT) line across the International & APAC region.
In this high-impact role, you act as the strategic driver of growth by aligning markets, integrating teams and digital connectivity solutions, and defining a strong regional vision for our blood collection categories.
Design and execute a comprehensive market development strategy for the Whole Blood Transfusion (WBT) line across the region
Oversee and optimize the WBT product portfolio, with a strong focus on differentiation through BPUs and connectivity solutions
Identify untapped markets (“white spots”) and lead therapy development initiatives
Develop and implement clear positioning, competitive differentiation, and regional go‑to‑market strategies
Analyze market trends and provide strategic recommendations through structured performance reporting
Coordinate regional priorities and ensure successful implementation with local adaptation
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in marketing or product management within the medical device or healthcare industry, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Strong track record in managing regional market strategies, ideally in transfusion medicine or medical technology
Solid knowledge of regional and international healthcare/medical device industry regulations, standards, and trends
Proven ability to drive market share growth, develop competitive pricing, and manage product positioning across multiple markets
Strong financial acumen including budgeting, P&L management and ROI-driven decision-making
Excellent English skills (written and spoken); German or additional languages are an advantage
