Your tasks:
- Support in the planning of personnel resources (duty planning, recording working hours, etc.)
- In case of substitution, conducting recruitment interviews and deciding on the recruitment of new employees as well as assisting in the preparation of job references
- Assisting with the organization and/or implementation of training/induction courses for new employees
- Compliance with and monitoring of occupational health and safety
- Monitoring and compliance with processes for the proper and professional reprocessing of reusable medical devices
What you bring with you:
- Qualification as a specialist (m/f/d) for medical devices FMA DGSV or qualification in specialist course II according to the guidelines of the German Society for Sterile Supply (DGSV) or willingness to complete FK II
- Endoscopy specialist course and DGSV validation course desirable
- Professional experience in a similar position desirable
- Leadership and social skills as well as motivation
- Willingness for further education and training
