as part of FlexWork at the Schwelm site or one of our clinics in the region

What to expect

They support the annual InEK calculation in the clinics of the Lower Rhine Cluster
You will prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as economic planning and profitability analyses
Individual analyses and ad-hoc evaluations will also be part of your area of responsibility
In addition, you will take care of the development, further development and standardization of the reporting system
You will develop a basis for decision-making for the management
Your support is also in demand in cost planning and forecasting as well as in the preparation and, if necessary, in the support of budget negotiations
In doing so, you will maintain close cooperation with other specialist departments, in particular personnel controlling and financial accounting

What you bring to the table

You have successfully completed a degree in economics with a focus on controlling / finance or comparable training
Ideally, you already have professional experience in the commercial controlling of a hospital
You have strong analytical thinking skills, a very good understanding of numbers and a structured and results-oriented way of working
You are characterized by initiative, the ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
You are confident in using MS Office applications, especially very good MS Excel skills
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
