Controller (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time, open-ended.

• Collaboration in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as business plans
• Continuation and further development of the reporting system as well as the implementation of investment and profitability calculations
• Preparation and, if necessary, support of budget negotiations
• Monitoring of cost and revenue developments and derivation of suggestions for improvement
• Technical support of the management, as well as the takeover of business projects
• Collaboration in regional projects and controlling support of other Helios clinics in the Helios Region South

• A university degree in business administration or comparable training as well as sound knowledge in the areas of healthcare, hospital financing and hospital law
• Extensive experience in the field of controlling and accounting of a hospital
• Clear analytical and goal-oriented thinking and working methods as well as good MS Office skills and relevant experience with SAP
• Communication, cooperation and teamwork skills as well as organizational and negotiation skills
• A high degree of reliability, flexibility and resilience, a high level of commitment, a sense of responsibility and decision-making skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
