As soon as possible, we are looking for you as a part-time Student Assistant in Human Resources Management (m/f/d) at Helios Kliniken Kassel.

• Collaboration in digitization
• Support in day-to-day HR work
• Transfer of independent project work (temporary employment, personnel controlling, company integration management)
• Supplementary work on compulsory company pension schemes
• Duty roster design and maintenance

• Completion of a university degree with a focus on human resources or a comparable course of study
• A quick grasp, organizational skills, reliability
• Independent way of working, high flexibility, ability to work in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
