Nursing Assistant – Central Emergency Room (m/f/d)

To be hired as soon as possible , we are looking for a nursing assistant (m/f/d) for our central emergency departments. The employment is permanent with 30 hours per week.

• Basic care of the patients entrusted to you (m/f/d)
• Participation in internal transfers of patients (m/f/d) or transfer to examinations
• Willingness to work collegially, interdisciplinary with other professional groups
• As a rule, use in the early or late shift and weekends/holidays possible
• Participation in quality assurance
• Housekeeping activities, such as tidying or replenishing activities

• At least 2 years of completed training as a (health and) nursing assistant or geriatric care assistant (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have practical experience in the hospital
• A sense of quality and responsibility as well as an understanding of care
• The willingness to work shifts and weekends and to perform interdisciplinary tasks as well as to work cooperatively in a team are a matter of course for you
• Confident handling of computer-supported documentation would be desirable, but is not a prerequisite
• It is characterized by commitment, flexibility, resilience, a sense of responsibility and independent, structured and conscientious work
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Central Emergency Room (ZNA) is the central point of contact for all regional and national emergencies and unplanned admissions. As the main referring physician to the hospital, about 30,000 patients are treated in the ZNA every year.

The independently managed department has the highest level (3) in tiered emergency care. Due to the central function of the Helios Vogtland Clinic in Plauen in the Vogtland region, many ambulance service admissions are carried out with a wide range of subjects.

The ZNA is an elementary component of the certifications as a Regional Trauma Center, Stroke Unit, Cardiac Arrest Center and Spine Center.

The department employs qualified employees with further training in emergency care and emergency paramedics.
