We are looking for a medical assistant (m/f/d) for our emergency room as soon as possible. Employment is permanent and can be both part-time and full-time.

• Administrative admission and transfer of patients including the necessary case processing in the HIS
• Participation in triaging
• Accompanying patients to examinations or interventions
• Participation in the nursing care of patients
• Support of nursing staff in the implementation of treatment care and patient observation
• Assumption of further administrative tasks
• Willingness to work shifts

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or medical assistant (m/f/d)
• We are looking for a committed, open-minded and responsible employee (m/f/d)
• You are characterized by a high level of social and communication skills as well as commitment, flexibility and collegial behavior in the team and have a good ability to react
• You have the ability to act independently and to work in a structured manner
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Central Emergency Room (ZNA) is the central point of contact for all regional and national emergencies and unplanned admissions. As the main referring physician to the hospital, about 30,000 patients are treated in the ZNA every year.

The independently managed department has the highest level in tiered emergency care. Due to the central function of the Helios Vogtland Clinic in Plauen in the Vogtland region, many ambulance service admissions are carried out with a wide range of subjects.

The ZNA is an elementary component of the certifications as a Regional Trauma Center, Stroke Unit, Cardiac Arrest Center and Spine Center.

The department employs qualified employees with further training in emergency care and emergency paramedics.
