Join our team at Helios Klinikum Müllheim as soon as possible as Ward Secretary / Ward Assistant (m/f/d)

• Acceptance and registration of our patients in the system
• Assumption of administrative and organizational activities, such as performance recording as well as the preparation and follow-up of examinations
• You are the first point of contact for patients and relatives
• Takeover of ordering and regular checks of medical consumables Document and file management

• Successfully completed training as a medical assistant / MFA, as a nurse or similar qualification (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have professional experience in a comparable function with basic medical knowledge
• Secure IT skills (especially in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• You are characterized by an organized, independently working and team-oriented character
• High level of service and service readiness as well as a structured way of working
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
