For our Clinic for Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at the Erfurt site, we are looking for a senior physician (m/f/d) with a focus on neonatology/pediatric intensive care medicine as soon as possible.

What to expect

Your area of responsibility will include responsible supervision of the care of patients on the ward of the clinic as well as specialist medical care of patients in close interdisciplinary coordination
If you are professionally suitable, it is possible to take over the management of the work area in the future
Perinatal Center Level I
You are actively involved in further training
In addition, you will represent the clinic externally through lectures and poster presentations
Guidance and supervision of colleagues in the multi-professional team as well as organizational and administrative tasks

What you bring to the table

Specialist (m/f/d) for paediatrics and adolescent medicine with a focus on neonatology
In-depth neonatal expertise
Experience in paediatric intensive care medicine
Strong commitment to the organization and further development of a clinic
Strong social and leadership skills
Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
High motivation, initiative and flexibility
Personal commitment, willingness to cooperate and communicative working style
Ability to work in a team and ability to work under pressure
