Then join our Digital Operations team for at least 6 months as soon as possible! As part of your assignment, you will support our Project Management Office (PMO) in the successful implementation of our projects. You will actively support project and portfolio management, especially in the systematic tracking of projects and milestones in our project management system.
You will ensure the data quality, timeliness and transparency of the project portfolio and thus contribute to sound management and prioritization.
You will be involved in the expansion and further development of the project management methodology, e.g. in the areas of reporting, risk management and stakeholder management.
A central part of your job is the creation and preparation of reports, dashboards and status overviews for different management levels.
In addition, you will prepare the content of management meetings, portfolio reviews and decision-making rounds by analysing and structuring project-relevant information and presenting it in meaningful presentations.
You will support the definition of the strategic project portfolio and the implementation roadmap for the production facilities.
In addition, you will support the organisation and preparation and follow-up of international workshops, training courses and coordination appointments.
Ongoing full-time studies in the field of business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study
Strong analytical skills, high affinity for numbers and data, and a structured and meticulous way of working
Interest in portfolio management, project controlling and project management standards
Quick comprehension and the ability to independently familiarize yourself with new systems, methods and processes
Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and a confident appearance in dealing with different stakeholders
Very good handling of MS Office, especially Excel (analyses, evaluations) and PowerPoint (management presentations)
Very good written and spoken German and/or English skills
Initial experience with project management tools or PM systems is an advantage, but not mandatory
