Nurse / Practice Instructor (m/f/d)

• Ensuring and further developing the vocational pedagogical concept in our clinic in close coordination with the nursing management and the training centre
• Coordination and networking of the practice instructors
• Organization of duty roster regulation / vacation / sick
• Organisation, takeover, implementation and documentation of practical instructions in accordance with legal requirements
• Participation in selection procedures and appraisal processes of trainees
• Good IT skills

• You have completed training as a nurse or geriatric nurse
• You have completed further training in vocational education in practical guidance
• You have experience in the field of practical guidance and practical training
• You have a high degree of empathy, social skills and didactic skills
• They have their own ideas and ideas for the implementation of the practical instructions under the changing legal conditions
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
