We are looking for a Senior Physician (m/f/d) for our Clinic for Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics at the earliest possible date.

• As a Senior Physician (m/f/d), you will be responsible for organizational and administrative tasks that are necessary for the smooth running of the clinic
• You will be the contact person for residents and specialists (m/f/d) as well as the nursing team in everyday practice, both professionally, scientifically and organizationally
• You will be responsible for training and further education
• Independently treating patients and carrying out the corresponding documentation
• Sharing knowledge and skills to promote and train our residents (m/f/d) and students
• Involvement in training events, conferences and information events

• You are a specialist (m/f/d) in psychosomatics
• Integrative and appreciative leadership is a matter of course for you
• You are a professionally experienced, committed personality with a patient-oriented and cooperative working style and enjoy training employees
• You can develop your skills according to your own ideas with the support of our low-hierarchy team
• Strong social skills and a respectful and empathetic approach to the expectations and needs of patients and their environment
