We are looking for you at the Leipzig Heart Center for our Interventional Radiology (IVR) team as soon as possible as

Nurse / Nurse / Nurse / Nurse / Nursing Specialist (m/f/d)

or Medical Assistant (MFA) (m/f/d) or Medical Technologist for Radiology (MT-R) (m/f/d)

• You will work in a motivated, committed and dynamic team and actively shape, organize and secure the work processes in the department.
• Your tasks will include nursing and assisting activities in angiography and CT – across the entire spectrum of angiology and interventional radiology.
• You will provide sterile assistance during image-guided procedures as well as in the hybrid operating room and provide your patients with empathetic care before, during and after examinations and procedures.
• You will be responsible for the professional documentation of all patient and examination data as well as the ordering and administration of medical supplies, including medication
• They ensure compliance with radiation protection and ensure the proper and professional handling of medical equipment, consumables and medicines
• They support the guidance of new employees, trainees and interns

• You are a trained medical assistant (m/f/d) or nurse (m/f/d) or MT-R (m/f/d)
• They are willing to work in shifts as well as on weekends and holidays.
• Ideally, you already have professional experience and expertise in the field of interventional radiology – it is also desirable to have an X-ray certificate or you are willing to acquire an X-ray certificate
• You are familiar with dealing with sterility and you are willing to work together in an interdisciplinary manner
• You are characterized by communication skills, the ability to work in a team and flexibility
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
