Health and paediatric nurse in the children's intensive care unit (m/f/d)

Join us in pediatric intensive care at the Krefeld site as soon as possible in full-time/part-time/mini-job basis as a health and pediatric nurse / nurse (m/f/d).

• Care of extremely small premature babies and sick newborns according to the principles of developmental care with close involvement of parents
• Care and monitoring of children and adolescents with life-threatening illnesses
• Postoperative care of pediatric surgery patients with a focus on neonatal surgery
• Implementation of the care approaches of Kinesthetic Infant Handling

• Completed pediatric nursing training
• Willingness to undergo specialist training in intensive care and anaesthesia, if not already available
• A look and an open ear for the worries and needs of parents
• Empathy and a confident handling of often challenging situations
• High sense of responsibility
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Above-standard remuneration, additional care allowance (monthly € 300 per full-time position; part-time pro rata) plus annual special payment
• A three-month onboarding, supported by various workshops
• An additional non-smoking holiday day and a traditional day (Shrove Monday)
• Ward secretariat for administrative work
