• Friendly welcome and professional care of our patients
• Efficient coordination and organization of scheduling
• Active participation in the design and optimisation of internal practice processes
• Assumption of a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks
• Careful processing and control of service billing
• Close cooperation in a committed, collegial and modern team

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Experience in dealing with computer-supported processes and MS OfficePatient-oriented and empathetic way of working
• Strong service orientation and empathetic approach to patients
• Enjoyment of working together in a team and a collegial mindset
• High level of commitment, a sense of responsibility and a structured, careful way of working
• Proof of legally required measles immunization required
