Welcome to the IT Security team at Fresenius Digital Technology! We are responsible for the implementation, management and operation of programs, projects and services for a wide range of different security capabilities in various business segments within the Fresenius Group.
We are looking for a highly motivated team member with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who will lead large projects or smaller programs in the IT security area.

Managing projects at all stages of their lifecycle (i.e., project construction, estimation, planning, requirement gathering, and testing) and plan and control scope, schedule, budget, and resources
Leading project teams (within a matrix organization)
Continuously identifying and initiating improvements to existing processes, methods, and standards within the IT Security operating model
Conducting risk assessments in project planning and execution, and defining and implementing appropriate remedial measures
Collaborating in an international business context, including virtual teams and coordinating project tasks in relevant Fresenius business segments with internal and external stakeholders
Effectively representing the organization to cross-functional stakeholders, business partners, and external groups
Engage and manage vendors/partners as a part of the assigned projects and ensure effective operationalization
Academic degree or equivalent experience and professional certifications
At least five years of experience in project management roles
Experience of working in a diverse multicultural environment
Experience collaborating with technology teams, ideally within an IT or Information Security context
Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies
Experienced use of MS Office 365 Suite
Scrum Master, Prince2 or other project management and agile certifications are advantageous
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse stakeholders and teams
Fluent German and English skills (written and verbal)
