For our Berlin/Brandenburg cluster, we are looking for a coordinator/QMB at the Oncology Center (m/f/d) as soon as possible - The assignment is possible in Bad Saarow as well as in Berlin-Buch.

What to expect

Co-design of the quality management (QM) of the Oncology Center
Documentation and Case Management
Preparation of external auditing Onkozert / DIN ISO certifications
Organization and implementation of morbidity and mortality conferences, quality circles and training events
Planning, conducting and logging internal audits
Conducting patient and referring physician surveys

What you bring to the table

A completed training as a nurse, MFA (m/f/d) or comparable - in addition, existing further training in quality management is desired
Several years of professional experience in the healthcare sector and, if possible, in documentation
Good IT skills and experience in dealing with databases
Organizational skills paired with a structured working style
Strong communication skills and cooperation skills
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
