For our team at Helios Verwaltung West GmbH at the Hildesheim location, we are looking for you as a Commercial Administrator – Focus on Facility Management & Service Processes (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

What to expect

Commercial management and efficient monitoring of operational service and maintenance processes
Central interface to ensure smooth coordination between our clinics and external FM service providers
Responsible checking and account assignment of incoming invoices
Support in negotiations with service providers and suppliers
Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, budget planning and reporting
Co-design of internal maintenance processes

What you bring to the table

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
Experience in the field of building technology or technical processing is an advantage
Strong communication skills as well as very good German language skills and ability to work in a team
Confident handling of MS Office applications
Independent, structured and careful way of working
A high degree of initiative and a sense of responsibility
