Your tasks:
- Maintenance, installation and servicing of the locking systems used in the region (mechanical and electronic)
- Maintenance and repair of gates, doors, door systems and lockable cabinets, lockers and safes
- Maintenance, repair and welding work in the field of metal construction
- Compilation of replacement and new procurement of the necessary materials
What you bring with you:
- Successfully completed vocational training in door and window construction, metal construction, mechanics or comparable qualification desirable
- Good knowledge/skills in the field of metal construction (door, window, locksmith and sheet metal work)
- Sound IT knowledge and willingness to use work-supporting IT systems
- Confident handling of MS Office and experience with CAFM systems or willingness to learn them
- Class B driving license
- German language skills (at least C1) and valid work permit
