Helios Fachklinik Schleswig GmbH is looking for an Educator/Social Pedagogical Assistant (m/f/d) for our daycare center SchleiKids as soon as possible, as part of a marginal employment, permanent.

• Accompaniment and support of children in all areas of education on the basis of their respective level of development, taking into account their strengths and resources
• Cooperation with parents; Conducting parent meetings and parents' evenings
• Ensuring compliance with legal bases and applicable regulations
• Pedagogical care of the children
• Conducting development discussions with parents (m/f/d)

• Completed training as an educator or socio-pedagogical assistant (m/f/d)
• Empathy, appreciative communication and teamwork skills
• Enthusiasm, creativity
• Experience and enjoyment of dealing with children, reliability, empathy and love of the profession
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
