What to expect

Curative education support in an individual and group setting for children between 0 - 6 years of age with complex support needs in development in an independent and responsible manner
Application and evaluation of standardized diagnostics
Close cooperation in the interdisciplinary team (remedial teachers, paediatricians, psychologists, speech therapists, physiotherapists and occupational therapists) as well as interdisciplinary cooperation with the local Social Paediatric Centre and the Baby-Navi (pilot service for families with newborns) of the Helios Clinic St. Anna
A targeted and systematic induction in a competent, collegial team with flat hierarchies as well as networking with other institutions
An appreciative working atmosphere
A varied and responsible workplace with creative freedom as well as internal and external training and development opportunities and external case supervision
Good spatial equipment and infrastructure

What you bring to the table

A completed training as a state-recognized remedial teacher (f/m/d) or a completed degree in curative education, social pedagogy or a comparable degree
Enthusiasm for working with children and their families
Professional experience in working with children, especially in challenging life situations (e.g. socially stressed families, mental illnesses of a parent)
An autism-specific additional qualification is advantageous for the work, but not a prerequisite
Good IT skills in Office
Organizational talent, ability to work in a structured way and flexibility
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
