Taking responsibility in the Munich Cluster

Become part of our management team in the Munich Cluster. As the commercial site manager, you will independently manage Helios Klinik München Pasing in day-to-day operations. You will report directly to the cluster management, which has overall strategic responsibility for our Munich locations.

In a close tandem structure with the medical and nursing management, you will be the commercial driving force on site. Together, you will manage the Pasing site as an agile management team and set standards in regional patient care

What to expect

You will manage the economic and structural interests of the Pasing Clinic, taking into account the cluster strategy.
They continuously optimize all clinical and administrative processes in order to maintain efficiency and quality of care at the highest level.
Together with the Cluster CEO, you will identify market potential and develop new medical services.
You will moderate the constructive cooperation between the medical departments, nursing and the central service areas.
They work together with the local works council in a spirit of trust and represent the clinic confidently to the outside world.
You will be responsible for the implementation of central guidelines and legal requirements and ensure medical quality standards.

What you bring to the table

You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on economics, law or health management (alternatively, physicians with additional management qualifications).
You have at least 2 years of sound management experience in a clinic or a comparable institution in the healthcare industry.
You have a deep understanding of clinical metrics and are able to solve complex problems in a data-based and creative way.
You can convince both managers and interdisciplinary teams professionally and personally and inspire them for change
You are a doer who not only creates concepts, but also brings them to the surface with assertiveness and pragmatism.
You are a personality with a drive for implementation: Concepts are the starting signal for you to make projects a reality with enthusiasm and practical flair together with the team
You have a strong understanding of service and confidence in dealing with different professional groups.
