Chief Physician for Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery (m/f/d) for our specialist hospital for orthopaedics

full-time to the establishment of the Endoclinic Central Germany of Helios Kliniken GmbH with headquarters in Bleicherode.

• Establishment of your own Endoclinic Central Germany under structural, organizational and strategic aspects in cooperation with the clinic management
• A continuously growing, regionally and nationally very well-established orthopaedic clinic with a broad range of disciplines and an endoprosthetic focus (approx. 1500 endoprostheses per year)
• Responsibility for the further training of physicians in further training (m/f/d) as well as for the further training of specialists and senior physicians (m/f/d)
• As Chief Physician (m/f/d), you are responsible for the entire medical, organizational and economic development of the service areas of your department
• In addition to the excellent medical care of our patients, the establishment and further development of networks with private practitioners and with other clinics rounds off your responsible work
• The opportunity for scientific work in cooperation with the Helios Research Center

• You are a specialist (m/f/d) in orthopaedics and trauma surgery with the additional qualification in special orthopaedic surgery and other qualifications such as sports orthopaedics and/or arthroscopic surgery and you can prove that you have a doctorate, preferably a habilitation
• You have extensive and outstanding expertise in your field
• In addition to your professional qualifications and in-depth clinical practical experience, you also have strong social skills and empathy in dealing with all professional groups as well as with patients
• Excellent communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, commitment and assertiveness, as well as a high degree of organizational skills are among your strengths
• You have collegiality, sensitivity and role model function as well as strong social skills in dealing with other professional groups, patients and referring physicians
• You have the prerequisites for full authorisation for further training
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• The establishment of one of the leading centers for endoprothektics in Germany based on the model of the Helios Endoclinic in Hamburg
• A leadership position with great creative and development potential of its own
• To be an important part of the Helios Musculoskeletal Center Thuringia Central (MSZ). We offer the MAKO surgical robot, which can be used as well. Currently, around 3,350 prostheses are implanted in the MSZ per year. Close cooperation and endoprosthetic centre formation among the four locations (Erfurt, Gotha, Blankenhain and Bleicherode) is explicitly desired.
