At the Helios Clinic in Pirna, we are looking for you as a nurse (m/f/d) for patient admission.

• Admission and administrative registration of patients
• Recording and maintenance of patient data in the hospital information system
• Preparation and organization of admission documents
• Initial nursing admission (e.g. medical history, vital signs) as well as preparation for ward or diagnostics
• Informing patients about hospital processes
• Coordination with nursing staff, doctors and other departments (including appointment and bed planning as well as preparation of diagnostic examinations)

• Completed training in the healthcare sector (e.g. nurse (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d), health and nursing, etc.)
• Ideally experience in the hospital or in patient admission
• Confident handling of IT / hospital information systems desirable
• Friendly and service-oriented approach to patients
• Organizational skills and structured way of working
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles is available
