What to expect

Assumption of professional responsibility in orthopaedics and trauma surgery, especially in the field of shoulder surgery, as well as co-creation and further development of an innovative treatment concept
Implementation and co-planning of complex surgical procedures in the field of shoulder surgery as well as comprehensive care of our patients before, during and after treatment
Close cooperation with other departments, therapists and nursing staff
Participation in quality assurance, training and implementation of new treatment methods
Support and encouragement of our young team of doctors, as well as guidance and supervision of assistants and training assistants
Continuous improvement of workflows and strategic development of the department

What you bring to the table

Completed specialist training in orthopaedics/trauma surgery
You have extensive experience and a sound surgical spectrum in the field of shoulder surgery
You work safely and have consolidated knowledge of modern orthopaedics and trauma surgery
You bring innovative thinking to the table and interdisciplinary and economic action is a matter of course for you
You are committed and reliable and are characterized by a motivated, team- and patient-oriented way of working in the clinic
