What you can expect

Care of patients in cardiac surgery - depending on your wishes and qualifications - on the normal ward, intermediate care ward, intensive care ward, echo outpatient clinic, heart failure ward
Performing operations as part of your work as a specialist in the field of cardiac surgery
Caring for pre- and post-operative patients before and after heart surgery on the normal ward and monitoring ward
Interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues from other specialist areas
Participation in on-call and standby duties
Participation in the entire spectrum of tasks in cardiac medicine

What you bring with you

Successful completion of studies in human medicine and possession of a valid German license to practice medicine
Completed further training as a specialist (f/m/d) with a focus on cardiac surgery or the requirements to register for the specialist examination
High motivation and strong interest in the field of cardiac surgery as well as a fundamental interest in research
Friendly and open-minded interaction with our patients and their relatives as well as a high degree of empathy
Enjoy teamwork and an open, collegial communication style as well as good German language skills at C1 level
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
