For the outpatient clinic of the Gynecology Clinic of the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Clinic Wiesbaden, we are looking for you immediately as a full-time

Outpatient clinic employee (m/f/d)

• Assistance as well as preparation and follow-up for gynecological and obstetric examinations in the outpatient clinic
• Organization, scheduling and coordination of examinations
• blood sampling
• Patient admission in the outpatient clinic
• Documentation of outpatient services, administration of patient records
• IT-supported administrative and secretarial tasks

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in a comparable function is an advantage
• Confident knowledge of PC applications (MS Office package)
• Independent, patient-oriented and responsible way of working
• Willingness for further education and training
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
