Engineer (m/f/d) for Infrastructure and Site Management - temporary

With the prospect of taking on the permanent position of facility manager / fire protection officer.

These are your tasks:

• Further development, maintenance and new construction of buildings

• Ensuring compliance and functionality of fire protection systems

• Managing construction documents at the site

• Maintenance of the buildings and outdoor facilities

• Project management (incl. planning, calculation, controlling, documentation, if necessary, leading interdisciplinary project teams)

• Monitoring and coordination of service providers and contracted trades as well as contract drafting and negotiation with contractual partners

• Collaboration in the preparation of the budget as well as budget responsibility of the area of responsibility

• Creation and maintenance of technical documents and plans in compliance with pharmaceutical and regulatory requirements

• Contact person for real estate issues, property insurers and the internal insurance department

• If necessary, building cleaning and pest control

This is what sets you apart:

• Completed technician training, preferably in the field of civil engineering or comparable qualification

• Completed training as a fire protection officer

• Several years of professional experience in building technology or a comparable field

• Experience in the field of project management

• Confident handling of standard software such as CAD, MS Office, etc.

• GMP knowledge desirable

• Great organizational talent, high motivation and ability to act independently

• Systematic, analytical and quality-oriented way of working

• Strong sense of responsibility

• Commitment, assertiveness, ability to work in a team and a high level of social competence
