For our ear, nose and throat clinic at the maximum care provider Helios Klinikum Krefeld , we are looking for a qualified and committed personality as Chief Physician Otorhinolaryngology (m/f/d).

• Overall management and strategic development of the ENT Clinic
• Ensuring high-quality, guideline-compliant patient care
• Further development of the operational and conservative range of services
• Leadership, motivation and further training of the medical and non-medical team
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with other specialist departments
• Economic management of the department taking into account medical quality

• You are a specialist in ear, nose and throat medicine (m/f/d) with comprehensive clinical qualifications
• Additional designations "plastic surgery" and/or "allergology" are desirable
• Fulfilment of all requirements for obtaining a full authorisation for further training in the field of ear, nose and throat medicine in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia
• You have excellent clinical practical experience as well as strong social skills and empathy in dealing with all professional groups as well as with patients
• Excellent communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, commitment and assertiveness as well as a high degree of organizational skills round off your strengths
• You think in business terms – you are convinced that good medicine can be excellently increased through cost-effectiveness and efficiency
• Cooperation in interdisciplinary teams in patient care is a matter of course for you

As a main department, the Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic performs around 3,000 procedures of almost the entire surgical spectrum in the ENT field every year. As a DKG-certified Head and Neck Tumor Center, a special focus of the ENT Clinic is on reconstructive head and neck tumor surgery, sleep surgery, including the implantation of tongue pacemakers, plastic aesthetic surgery, salivary gland surgery, but also endoscopic nose/sinus surgery and microscopic ear surgery.

The Helios Klinikum Krefeld, as the largest care hospital in North Rhine-Westphalia (measured by the number of inpatient cases), is a cooperation partner for the clinical training of medical students for the new HMU campus. HMU Health and Medical University is a private, state-recognized university based in Potsdam with branches in Düsseldorf/Krefeld and Munich. At the Faculty of Medicine, HMU offers the university, state-recognized and accredited state examination program in human medicine.
