Clinical care of outpatients and inpatients in vascular surgery and vascular medicine
Independent surgical activities in the conventional surgical and interventional areas
Supervision and surgical guidance of the assistant physicians
Participation in the vascular surgery background service

What you bring to the table

We are looking for you as an experienced specialist (m/f/d) for vascular surgery with a broad clinical spectrum and independent mastery of the surgical spectrum
Since all interventions and endovascular procedures, including side branches, are provided by the clinic, you have experience in this area that you can further expand
Sense of responsibility, commitment, enjoyment of the subject area
IT skills with basics of coding DRGs
Experience with internal and external quality assurance

The spectrum of the Clinic for Vascular Surgery and Vascular Medicine includes the entire conservative and invasive diagnosis of acute and chronic diseases and injuries of the arterial and venous vascular system. All open and interventional (hybrid and percutaneous) therapies are carried out that do not require the use of a heart-lung machine. This includes all aortic and iliacal procedures including endovascular procedures, reconstructions of the visceral arteries, carotid revascularizations (cooperation partners of the local stroke unit), limb revascularizations, all (percutaneous) interventional procedures including selective shunt surgery in cooperation with the national nephrological center. In cooperation with the Clinic for Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery, our clinic is involved in vascular surgical emergency care. There is an extended KV authorization and approval for outpatient operations.Diagnostically, the clinic is at a technically sophisticated level. 24/7 CTA, MRI, high-resolution DSA incl. CO2 technology, FKDS, etc.
