Your tasks:
- Technical and organizational management of the heating/sanitary team as well as support in day-to-day business
- Ensuring smooth operation, including planning, coordination and documentation of inspections, maintenance and servicing measures
- Technical contact person for heating and sanitary issues as well as technical assistance if required
- Collaboration with other team and site managers, the overall technical management and external service providers
- Training, instructing and developing employees and standardizing technical standards and processes
- Identifying and implementing optimization potential to increase profitability
What you bring with you:
- Completed training in the field of heating, ventilation or sanitary engineering, ideally with further training as a master craftsman or technician
- Professional experience in technical building management, preferably in a hospital or clinic environment
- Initial management experience and confidence in dealing with external service providers
- Good IT skills, especially in dealing with CAFM systems and MS Office
- Strong organizational skills, communication and assertiveness, sense of responsibility and service orientation
- Driving license class B and willingness to work across locations (main location Berlin-Buch, 1-2 days per week at other locations)
