Starting October 1, 2025, we are offering two apprenticeships as a specialist in medical device reprocessing (FMA) at our location in Berlin.
INSTRUCLEAN is a subsidiary of the HERMED Group, which is Germany's largest independent specialist service provider for the reprocessing of medical devices. Our services include, in particular, consulting, training and further training in our own academy, the operational management of sterile supply departments and operations, the provision of operational infrastructure in capacity utilization models and the reprocessing of medical devices in the sense of full supply in our own facilities. - The theoretical training (school) takes place in block lessons at the training center in Braunschweig. We will pay for the Germany ticket to travel to the training center. The practical part of the training will be completed at our company premises in Berlin.
Your tasks:
- Professional reprocessing of medical devices in a modern sterile supply company certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13485 and taking into account the KRINKO/BfArM recommendation
What you need:
- Completed, intermediate level of education
- High sense of responsibility, commitment
- Trustworthy handling of sensitive instruments
- Basic knowledge in dealing with EDP
- Good knowledge of German
- Reliability, ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Technical understanding (of systems, devices and processes)
- Structured, careful, reliable and responsible way of working
- Willingness to work shifts
