For the start of training on 01.05.2026 for our Helios Clinic at the Hünfeld location, we are looking for you for an apprenticeship as a health and nursing assistant (m/f/d)

What to expect

A one-year training course, which is divided into a school and practical part
A varied, practical training in various specialist areas (assignments at the Meiningen Clinic, in inpatient long-term care and outpatient care)
Support of nursing staff in the care and support of patients and learning basic nursing activities (e.g. personal hygiene, mobilisation, food intake, vital signs assessment, etc.)
Individual guidance and support from experienced practical instructors and assumption of responsibility according to your level of training
Close integration of theory and practice through our cooperation partners
Insights into various medical disciplines and active participation in the interdisciplinary team of nursing, medicine and therapy

What you bring to the table

A secondary school leaving certificate or equivalent and ideally an internship in the nursing sector
Knowledge of the German language, preferably at level B2
Enjoyment of dealing with people as well as empathy and interest in medical and nursing topics
Sense of responsibility, reliability, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
Physical and mental resilience
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
