Working Student Archive (m/f/d)

We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to work in the archive of the Helios Klinikum Schwelm as soon as possible.

• Support in the digital and physical archiving of files and documents, including the preparation and sorting of files for subsequent digitization
• Maintain archival holdings and ensure proper storage in accordance with applicable regulations and company guidelines
• Monitoring of applicable retention periods
• Support for patient billing and secretaries, among other things, for document requests and queries

• Enrolment in a degree programme
• Interest in working with documents and archiving systems as well as a structured and careful way of working
• Reliability and understanding of the importance of patient data confidentiality
• Confident command of the German language, both written and spoken
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• 10 hours per week (2 x 5 hours) and collectively agreed remuneration (TV Helios)
